«Уральские Пельмени» — российское творческое объединение из Екатеринбурга, работающее в комедийном жанре. Организовано в 1993 году как команда КВН. Одна из самых популярных команд КВН, чемпионы Высшей лиги КВН 2000 года. С 2009 года «Уральские Пельмени» представляют собственное одноименное юмористическое шоу на телеканале СТС, а также ряд других юмористических проектов.

Опубликовано: 3 апр. 2016 г.Mory Kante-Musico e instrumentista guineense-Mory Kanté nasceu no dia 29 de Março de 1950, na cidade de Kissidougou, na Guiné Conakry, numa das melhores famílias de músicos descendentes da tradição griot. Foi enviado para o Mali com sete anos. Em 1971, tornou-se membro da Banda Rail, em que Salif Keita era cantor. Keita abandona a banda em 1973 e deixa Mory Kanté como cantor. Mory Kanté é mais conhecido internacionalmente pela canção “Yé Ké Yé Ké”, de 1987, sendo um dos melhores hits de sempre de venda de África, e o número um europeu, em 1988. Tornou-se o single africano que mais vendeu, comercializando mais de um milhão de cópias. As músicas “Yeké Yeké”, “Tama”, “Inch Allah”, do seu quinto disco “Akwaba Beach” foram fonte de inspiração de canções de grande sucesso em filmes indianos.
O artista fez de novo enorme sucesso em 1994, quando “Yeké Yeké” foi regravada em remix por um DJ alemão, e em 2006, pelo DJ britânico Darren Tate.
Mory Kanté foi nomeado Embaixador da Boa Vontade da Organização de Alimentos e Agricultura (FAO), da Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU).
O seu disco de maior sucesso intitula-se “Akwaba Beach” e foi lançado em 1987, tendo atingido o número um na Suíça. O primeiro single “Yé Ké Yé Ké” foi o número um na Holanda, número dois na Alemanha e cinco na França.
O seu último disco de originais, “La Guinéenne”, foi lançado no dia 2 de Maio deste ano e é dedicado a todas as mulheres africanas.
Do seu repertório constam as obras discográficas, “Courougnegre” (1981), “N’Diarabi” (1982), “A Paris” (1984), “10 nozes de kola” (1985), “Touma” (1990), “Nongo Vila” (1994), “Tatebola” (1996), “Tamala – Le Voyageur” (2001), “Best Of” (2002), “Sabou” (2004).

Bee Gees ~ Stayin' Alive 1977 Disco Purrfection Version

Опубликовано: 19 нояб. 2015 г.Robert Stigwood was looking around for an idea for a disco oriented movie when he read a story in the June 7, 1976 issue of New York Magazine, entitled «Tribal Rites Of The New Saturday Night» written by Nik Cohn. During preproduction on the movie he remembered a song he had heard The Bee Gees sing a few years earlier entitled «Saturday Night, Saturday Night» and put in a call to them to contribute music for the movie project. He asked them for an eight minute version of that song to release to radio that «would have a nice dance tempo, a romantic interlude and all hell breaking loose in the end». When Barry presented the song to him, it was now called «Stayin' Alive» and did not have the romantic interlude, the two things his employer had asked for. Barry reasoned that «Saturday Night, Saturday Night» as the song title was already approaching over saturation, so «Stayin' Alive» would really stand out and that a break in the songs tempo would kill the momentum and stood firm. Artistic freedom reigned that day as Stigwood gave in to his better instincts and he was repaid in spades. The recordings were completed and «Stayin' Alive» was used in the electrifying theatre teaser for «Saturday Night Fever». That sent patrons rushing to the local record stores to get the double LP soundtrack, I know I asked for it for my birthday (January 1) and I still have that gift my brother bought me in my vinyl collection. «Stayin Alive» was then used for the opening credits with Travolta famously strutting his way into superstardom. The single spent four weeks at #1, then dropped to #2, then #6 as «Night Fever» was rising to #2. The following week «Fever» hit #1 and an amazing thing happened, the #6 «Stayin Alive» reclaimed the #2 spot and stayed there for five weeks, giving the BeeGees a lock on the top 2 most popular songs of the rock era. The Beatles hold the record for having the top 5, count em FIVE songs in the country, #1 «Can't Buy Me Love», #2 «Twist & Shout», #3 «She Loves You», #4 «I Want To Hold Your Hand» and #5 «Please Please Me». Suck on that Justin Bieber. PS Their music is being played fifty years later, and they are hell of lot nicer.

heute nun der krönende Schluss meiner Tutorial Reihe und dazu habe ich, wie letzte Woche versprochen, die Mädels der Albrecht Dürer Tanzschule noch einmal eingeladen, um die Gesamtchoreografie zu tanzen. Ich möchte mich bei euch allen, die ihr so gut mitgemacht habt, ganz herzlich bedanken. Jetzt nehme ich mir etwas Zeit meine neuen Ideen zu sortieren und freue mich euch schon bald wieder zu sehen.
